Trevor’s career begun within a large independent estate agency in Berkshire in 1985 and progressed from trainee to office manager within 18 months. Having managed several offices and eventually joining forces with Kevin Penfold to open Barons Estate Agents. Trevor is a Fellow of the National Association of estate agents and a strong advocate of maintaining the highest professional standards resulting in Barons becoming a licensed N.A.E.A agent. Trevor’s personal life consists of spending time with his family and participating in water based activities.
Having started estate agency in 1983 he progressed quickly to become regional manager for one of the country’s largest independent estate agencies, managing several branches in the Thames Valley region, in 1988 Kevin established Barons Estate Agents with Trevor Lee. With unparalleled knowledge of the housing market Kevin has helped thousands of people move in the local area, offering a friendly and approachable service. Kevin spends his spare time playing golf, riding his classic motorcycles and watching Chelsea Fc.
Matt began his career in the property industry in 2009 and gained a position within Barons Estate Agents. Through enthusiasm and drive he has progressed in the company to sales, valuations and marketing. Having lived locally throughout his childhood he has vast local knowledge of the area, facilities and amenities available. Matt passed his NFOPP qualification in 2015 and successfully became a member of the National Association of Estate Agents to further enhance Barons credibility within the Basingstoke property market. When Matt is not working he spends his weekends playing for a local village cricket team and following a variety of sport.
Having left college in 2011, Phil decided to travel the world, traveling through Canada, Asia and Australia before coming back and settling in Basingstoke. Phil is quickly developing the skills to become a very capable estate agent. Having come from Basingstoke Phil has excellent knowledge of the schools, facilities and the local communities. When he is not working he is a keen squash player and overall sport enthusiast.
Charlie joined Barons in 2016 after going into full time employment towards the end of 2015. Having left college he has entered into the property industry to start a career for himself. He has lived in Basingstoke his entire life so knows the local area particularly well. In his spare time Charlie likes to go to the gym and play plenty of sport, in particular tennis and football, along with watching Chelsea FC play.
Patrick is the latest addition to the Barons team. After finishing his A level exams, Patrick had the ambition to become an estate agent, having always had an interest in the property market. To date, Patrick is quickly learning the skills and qualities to develop himself into a knowledgeable agent that will go out of his way to help anyone with the purchase or sale of their property. When Patrick isn’t working he spends his time socialising, playing football or watching his heroes in a Nottingham Forest shirt.
Paul started his career in estate agency in the summer of 1988; he quickly became a manager in a local branch. He then qualified as a mortgage broker in 1999, working locally for a national company until in 2003 he opened up Town Centre Mortgages. He felt that working and living in the local community gave him the opportunity to offer independent mortgage advice in the Basingstoke and surrounding areas. Paul prides himself in not only offering quality advice but on the house moving process as a whole. In his spare time Paul likes nothing better than gardening and looking after his chickens. Oh and of course walking his dog Leroy.
Jo's career has always been within a client service based environment. Previous to working at Town Centre Mortgages she worked at Sun Life Financial of Canada for a number of years as a team leader and also within the IT area of the company. In later years she worked for a small brokerage firm in Basingstoke which gave her an insight into underwriting and lender requirements. Her excellent communication skills and her friendly, approachable and enthusiastic attitude ensures that Town Centre Mortgage clients are looked after in a professional manner. Jo is originally from Andover and when she is not working enjoys keeping fit and spending time with her family.
